This next stop on our wedding venue tour is a place we’ve already been to a couple years back during our restaurant tour in April 2020. While covid had everything shut down, I decided this would be the best time to support our local eateries around town. But this time we’re not featuring Stone Brú’s coffee, instead we are here to check out their venue space.
Better latté than never
Salvaging the old warehouse on the corner of West 3rd and Kansas Streets, owners Brad and Nick, along with their team have worked diligently this past year to bring to life their very own coffee roastery. Sourcing out their coffee beans from Costa Rica, Brazil and Ethiopia, Brad and Nick have been able to virtually cut out the middle man and bring the highest quality cup of caffeine to their loyal patrons.
So, from a mini shot of espresso, a foamy cappuccino, to even the seasonal favorite, Pumpkin Spice Latte, you are sure to enjoy your cup of Joe amongst 15,000 square feet of renovated original hardwood and brick walls. But if you find yourself inspired by this unique location, you’re in luck, because this space is available for rent.
You mocha me crazy
Love coffee so much you could see yourself getting married surrounded by the scent of caramel and almonds? Then consider Stone Brú’s roastery. You’ll enjoy views of Hardrock Hotel and downtown Sioux City under a canopy of exposed cross beams with 14-foot ceilings.
With the capacity to seat 150 people, this would be the prefect venue for a moderately sized wedding. Open to the public throughout the week from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, Stone Brú Roastery is currently closed on weekends to accommodate for its high demand of inquiries.

Déjà brew
Being the newest event venue in our wedding series, it is exciting to see this locally loved business acquire such a loyal following, that it virtually catapults their success smack dab in the fast lane. And there’s no stopping Brad and Nick. They have plans to expand and even partner with other locally owned small businesses.
Couples renting with Stone Brú Roastery are allowed to bring in their own alcohol and food vendor, and if you would like more information on booking with Stone Brú, visit their website (https://www.stoneBrú.com/). In addition, make sure to head over to their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/stoneBrú/) for weekly specials, and check out their Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/stoneBrúcoffee/?hl=en) for inspiration.
Happy planning!
