A couple years ago the Garden Show was held here. And I must say that it was by far the best place to hold an expo related to the outdoors, since this setting connects you directly to your natural surroundings. With the Missouri River just beyond the balcony, to the bright sunlight streaming in from floor to ceiling windows, you may want to consider the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding.
Personally, if you are planning a woodsy themed unity ceremony, with ferns and flowers, or even a Winter wonderland wedding, this is the perfect place for either.

versatility of the riverfront
The Riverfront has got to be one of my most favorite places to park my car and just walk, enjoying the fishermen on the banks of the river, kids chasing each other, joggers on the bike path, and the many picture-worthy opportunities.

This would honestly be one of the best places to get married here in Sioux City, since your guests would be entertained with the views of the Veterans Bridge, to the gardens at the Pavilion, a moment of silence at the Flight 232 Memorial, and a little history lesson at both the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center and the Riverboat Museum.

When you first walk in you are greeted by impressively tall ceilings, a homey fireside seating arrangement, and an open and airy breakfast nook.
On my initial visit I arrived for breakfast, and enjoyed my morning with a friend who works at the Hilton. After waiting patiently for Kelsey, the Director of Sales, we started our tour of the event hall. Open and spacious, you begin to appreciate the size of this grand ballroom.

When you rent out for your event, you also get access to the patio, and the remarkable views that come with it. In addition, allow your guests to be impressed with the first-class catering provided by Crave, a Midwest-based American restaurant with a Sushi bar.

Capable of seating 360 guests, this would be a perfect size location for a moderately sized wedding. Your guests will love the views, the food, and the variety of attractions all along the Riverfront. And since it is held at the Hilton, it would be beneficial for you to have a room block for your guests, and even have a small rehearsal dinner next door at Crave the night before. The Hilton Garden Inn truly makes it so easy for you.
location, location, location!
After touring ten wedding venues around Sioux City, this has to be my personal favorite. And I’m as surprised as you are! I enjoy history, and Victorian homes, but the ease and superior location of the Hilton Garden Inn wins the race for me.
I’m already married, but if my husband and I decide to exchange vows in five years, this will be the location I will choose. It is truly one of the most unique places to stay here in Sioux City.
