For the next three blog posts we are visiting three unexpected places to shop in Le Mars. Surprisingly, there are a lot of quaint and cute shops in downtown Le Mars. Today, we are shopping for jewelry, shoes and clothes at Bling N Fashions.
Earrings, sandals and a dress, Oh my!
In the past two years I’ve purchased two sets of earrings, a pair of dress sandals and a cocktail dress. The earrings I took with me on my honeymoon to Key West, where they survived multiple trips in and out of the ocean. I also wear one or both pairs nearly every week, to work, and with a variety of outfits.
The dress sandals I wore at my friend’s wedding. In fact, I wore these pretties for over nine hours, and my feet never hurt! And trust me, I’m the kind of person who is very picky with their shoes, since my feet are ridiculously sensitive to anything I put on them. So, for me to continue wearing these rose gold strappy sandals throughout a hectic eventful day, says it all.
Finally, I wore this cocktail dress at my engagement party. I paired it with a black belt and red pumps. As a bride-to-be should be, I was a show stopper. I’ve lost some weight, so I don’t necessarily fit in this dress anymore, but I like it so much because of its unique texture and quality, that I may just get it tailored to fit me more appropriately.
